The Bϋche de Noλl (Yule Log) is a traditional French Christmas cake. It's a dressed up jelly roll, basically. A jelly roll is cut and covered in chocolate buttercream, which is raked to simulate wood.
I built it on the container I intended to take it home in, because there was no other way I was getting this thing home.
I love dem little mushrooms. I love dem gooooood. They're freakin' cute.
