Chocolates

For two weeks, we made candies of all kinds. At the end of the first week, we were to present 6 each of:

*fruit jellies
*croquant or brittle
*toffee
*caramel
*nougat

The second week was all about chocolate. We created truffles and molded chocolates, learned how to temper chocolate, and grew very weary of chocolate altogether. At the end of the second week, we had to present 6 each of:

*milk chocolate coated rolled truffles
*dark chocolate coated rolled truffles
*white chocolate coated rolled truffles
*fondant-filled molded chocolates
*ganache-filled molded chocolates
*one more type of molded chocolates, our choice
*chocolate bark
*chocolate clusters

It was a LOT of candy. It was a lot of work, and a lot of frustration. But in the end, we made some yummy candy. I don't have a lot of class pictures in this section, mostly just my own work.
