Nothing makes me more nervous than wedding cakes.

My cakes are delicious, but as appearances go, I am my own worst critic. As such, I am nervous about presenting anything less than amazing for a couple's wedding. It's a major deal, a day to be remembered for the rest of their lives, and I want the wedding cake to be stunning.

As such, I've not done a lot of wedding cakes. I've been too shy, too doubtful in my own talents. I've been asked to do many, but it's taken me a long time to be comfortable enough to accept. I doubted my own abilities for a long time. There's not many here, yet, but there's going to be.

I'm getting so much better at this.
