It wasn't the best meatloaf I'd ever done, I confess. Some of my friends have feeding restrictions, so I kept the spices and whatnot to a minimum. But it looked cool! And it was a little unnerving how puttylike the mashed potatoes were to work with. It was like edible Play-Doh.
